Elite Vac & Steam is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Dispatcher to join our growing vac, steam and tank division in Grande Prairie.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 dispatch environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Receive and manage incoming customer service requests via phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule jobs efficiently, including tank cleaning, hydrovac services, pressure washing, and fluid hauling operations.
- Communicate clearly with operators to ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Ensure operators submit complete and accurate documentation for all completed jobs.
- Confirm trucks and equipment are properly equipped, clean, and ready prior to dispatch.
- Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve scheduling, service, or field-related issues.
- Maintain awareness of job scopes including handling of dangerous goods and oilfield-related work.
- Identify training or performance needs of operators to support staff and communicate recommendations to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Grande Prairie and the surrounding geographic area is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in oilfield dispatch, fluid hauling, or industrial services is considered an asset.
