Elite Vac & Steam is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Administrative Support team member to support both Elite Vac & Steam and Onyx Environmental Services operations in Grande Prairie.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Elite Division
- Review and quality check Hydrovac timesheets and tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Process paperwork and documentation within NetSuite.
- Code tickets and prepare supporting documentation for Accounts Receivable.
- Perform quality control on timesheets, tickets, and payload processing.
- Assist Accounts Payable with coding, printing, and posting documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records.
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflows as required.
Onyx Division
- Assist with online invoicing portals and customer documentation.
- Support employee safety training administration and record management.
- Help maintain organized filing systems and operational records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Onyx operations team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP software is considered an asset.
- Previous administrative experience in industrial, transportation, or oilfield-related industries is considered an asset.
